Junior planning support with Navision expertise

We are looking for a motivated junior with IT background (graduate/bachelor) to join our planning team and move smoothly within Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). Do you have experience setting up and managing tables in Navision and would you like to take on a supportive and learning role within a technical environment? Then this vacancy is for you.
Tasks
You will be the pivotal figure between our site management and the Navision environment. You will provide administrative support and help think about efficient processing of:
- Scheduling of prs personnel, vehicles and equipment
- Navision tables and data operations (customizing, setting up and analyzing data)
- Cost calculations and project reporting support
- Structuring long-term planning
- Processing changes such as illness, extra assignments or emergency interventions
- Practical follow-up: applying for permits, coordinating transport and equipment
Your profile
- You have a graduate or bachelor's degree in IT, administration or technical field
- You already have experience with Navision tables (creating, managing, analyzing)
- Strong organizational skills and sense of initiatiaf
- Curious, hands-on and willing to learn
- Language Skills:
- Dutch: very good
- French/English: basic knowledge is a plus

On Thursday, February 6, 2025, we were present at the Technoboost edition in Izegem. This event offered an excellent opportunity to inform young people and their teachers about the possibilities within our company, both in terms of internships and future jobs.
In 2024 we again participated in the whale fishing sloop race, this time with two teams. During the exciting open final our teams achieved 5th and 10th place respectively. We are particularly proud of their excellent efforts!

On Oct. 17, 2024, the Youca Action Day took place, a wonderful initiative that gives young people the opportunity to spend a day working with a company. The goal is to raise money for projects fighting for a more just society. I was given the unique opportunity to work with my dad for one day at Verstraete Enterprises. I was really looking forward to this.

On Tuesday, October 15, 2024 Light Infra organized a training day for apprentices in Herentals in collaboration with RTC Antwerp for the 2nd time.
An employee satisfaction survey was conducted in October 2024 in cooperation with the HR department as part of a training project. The survey was completed by both blue and white collar workers, which provided a balanced picture of the work environment.
