Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for sustainable mobility and electricity? Do you have experience installing charging stations and want to use your technical knowledge in a leadership role?
As a cooperating site manager of charging stations, you will be responsible for the practical implementation of charging station installations at various locations. You will manage a team of technicians and actively participate yourself in the installation and delivery of projects.
Tasks
- You install charging stations according to the applicable standards and technical regulations
- You pull the necessary cabling and correctly connect the installation to the electrical grid
- You will install and wire electrical signs necessary for the operation of the charging stations
- You test the installation and make adjustments if necessary
- You will prepare a digital report upon completion of the works
- You will lead a team of technicians on site and ensure efficient execution
- You actively cooperate and are the point of contact for technical questions on site
Your profile
- You have a good knowledge of electricity and experience with charging station installations
- You possess a valid driver's license B (C is a plus)
- You enjoy working in different locations and have a flexible attitude
- You communicate fluently in Dutch
- You are a team player and safety is one of your core values
- You are responsible and have a hands-on mentality

On Thursday, February 6, 2025, we were present at the Technoboost edition in Izegem. This event offered an excellent opportunity to inform young people and their teachers about the possibilities within our company, both in terms of internships and future jobs.
In 2024 we again participated in the whale fishing sloop race, this time with two teams. During the exciting open final our teams achieved 5th and 10th place respectively. We are particularly proud of their excellent efforts!

On Oct. 17, 2024, the Youca Action Day took place, a wonderful initiative that gives young people the opportunity to spend a day working with a company. The goal is to raise money for projects fighting for a more just society. I was given the unique opportunity to work with my dad for one day at Verstraete Enterprises. I was really looking forward to this.

On Tuesday, October 15, 2024 Light Infra organized a training day for apprentices in Herentals in collaboration with RTC Antwerp for the 2nd time.
An employee satisfaction survey was conducted in October 2024 in cooperation with the HR department as part of a training project. The survey was completed by both blue and white collar workers, which provided a balanced picture of the work environment.
